Their goal was to increase trial sign-ups, improve conversion rates to annual memberships, and leverage word-of-mouth marketing.

Creating a dedicated landing page for the trial, emphasizing affordability, beginner-friendliness, community, and spacious facilities.

Launching a referral email campaign to encourage trial members to sign up for a full year and refer friends.
